Ans. Both are used to filter the data based on dashboard.
(i)Filter are used on visual,page and report but slicer can apply up to the visual.
(ii)Filter provides range the like between ,Top N , Bottom N ,Basic and advanced filter while Slicer can’t
(iii)Slicer provides multiple setting option likes tiles,vertical and drop down but filter don’t have these types of style.
