I was hired for making Power Bi dashboard and managing excel sheet for all the data that our
customer service team gets after taking chat and I have to organize them in simplest form so
that it an be shown to the team and they can see where they are lacking in terms of meeting
the targets. The main reason I am looking to switch is that it’s all a repetitive work and to
Polish my skills, I want to work on more complex data and give my career a boost on this
sector.

I explained a project I did with TrainingYA and seems interviewer was quite impressed. He asked
2-3 more questions from project which I could explain easily.
Notice Period in my current company is of 1 month. However if there is any urgent joining, I
will surely convince my company for an early release and join as soon as possible.

I was initially hired for the role of Customer Service Associate, however after completing 6
months over there I cleared IJP and get selected for the role of managing excel sheets and to
prepare a dashboard for all the reports & targets. In the last week of August, the process got
Ramp down.
